Dennis' Story
Dennis J. McArdle, 57, is a firefighter, Fire Marshal and Vice President at the Good Will Fire Company #1 of Trexlertown. He has spent 41 years volunteering and 16 with Upper Macungie Township Fire Departments, originally joining to continue the family tradition and assisting neighbors in their time of need.
“What I enjoy the most is the sense of fulfillment knowing you tried to make someone’s worst day a little better and being part of an extend family atmosphere at the station,” said Dennis.
“If you want to give a little something back to YOUR community, consider joining your local emergency service organization. If YOUR family member every needed emergency assistances, won’t YOU want someone to respond in their time of need?”
