Jack's Story
Firefighter Jack Stahley, 20, has been volunteering at Upper Macungie Township Station 56 for almost a year now. “I have always been interested in becoming a firefighter and helping other people, and I decided to go for it,” he said.
Jack enjoys helping the community in times of distress and all the people he has been able to meet through volunteering.
“The officers at 56 are extremely knowledgeable and I am beyond thankful to be a part of the station with them and are able to learn from them,” said Jack.
“There is no better feeling than knowing you made a difference for someone,” he added.
